The top 3 that run this campus in no particular order are ATO, Beta (the only thing holding them back is an on campus house) , and Sigma Chi. Everything else is mediocre

you were pretty much on target for most of that except for kappa sig, which clearly has no personal responsibility, brotherhood, or involvement...not even looks...WHAT DO THEY DO? They should at least be in the bottom half of the "overall" category.
