Is the only reason that DZ isn’t middle tier because they don’t have a house? Because most of their girls are better looking than the ones in the middle tier sororities. And why does not having a house make you bottom tier? Is it that big of a deal?

Having a few good looking girls doesn't make you middle tier. Every sorority has a few good looking girls. They're bottom tier because they're weird. But nice try Dz!!
