adpi vs zta

Why is ZTA considered top tier, but ADPI is considered middle tier? ADPi’s are hotter than ZTA. And if everyone on here hates ZTA, then how are they considered top tier?

ADPi, even if Zeta wasn’t top tier, you still wouldn’t be relevant.
