How closely do sororities look at GPA during fall recruitment? Like is that a big determining factor of how they choose which girls to drop?

Zta doesn’t look at GPA. They are all airheads going nowhere in life. A bunch of basket weaving majors. So you should be fine. The other, I don’t know.
