odds of getting a place at the station at alafaya

Does anyone know if it's easy to get a place at The Station. I applied as soon as it hit 10am was wondering really need a place from Out of State.

This place sells out really quick! I know when the currrent residents had their chance to renew and keep the same rate the 100 spots to keep the same rate sold out 20 seconds after 10AM when it opened
