kappa alpha theta

So is kappa alpha thetas house just the old pi kappa alpha house but they restored it?

Theta’s house is the old Sig Ep house. UCF took over the property the Pike house was on and demolished it due to state of disrepair. Chi O & Kappa’s houses were built on the land around 2012.
