rushing again

I rushed last year and got no bids at all. Would it be dumb to rush again? I feel like I wasn't totally myself or relaxed in the houses and spoke too quietly. But, now that I've done it before I feel like I can probably relax since I know what to expect. But, this one question is kind of eating me alive lol.
Should I prepare to answer why I'm rushing again when I meet with the girl in the houses or will they not even know if I don't bring it up? My friend thinks it should be all different girls picking so I get a fresh start. But, since my friend isn't in a sorority yet it didn't give me much peace of mind.

You should definitely go through recruitment again, especially if you feel that you have grown in the past year! There are plenty of girls who either don't get bids and rush again or run home, drop and end up rushing again; sometimes it takes girls multiple tries to find their home. I personally wouldn't bring up the fact that you rushed last year if you are worried about answering it and honestly there are so many things to talk about other than the fact that you've been through it before. Either way its nothing to be ashamed of and you should go through recruitment again if that's something you want! Relax, have fun and find people you can kick back with when the week is all said and done. Good luck girl!
