I know I'm supposed to go into recruitment with an open mind but is it bad to already have a sorority in mind? Like I want pi phi but I'm still gonna keep my options open just in case it's not for me.

Definitely keep your options open! I went in with two sororities in mind that I thought I loved but after the first round I didn't like either of them like I thought I would. It'll all work out in the end!

Same with me^ I had 2 that I wanted really bad before going through, but during rush I ended up not connecting well with them or liking either and went somewhere else. Definitely stay open minded you’ll love wherever you end up

Having your eyes on one chapter is normal but please try and think long term. If you go in close minded you will literally CONVINCE yourself to like a chapter you might not even be a fit for. I see it happen all the time & then a year later you find yourself miserable in Greek life and not “clicking” with your sisters. Pi Phi is an amazing chapter but so is every other chapter on campus. It all depends on your INDIVIDUAL personality.. not your roommates, not your sister’s, not your mom’s. Just HAVE FUN & trust the process!
