Which fraternity and which fraternity hs the nicest house on/off campus?

Tri delta and alpha delta pi have the best sorority houses. Sigma Chi probably has the best frat house of you dont look too close up.

Tri delts house is gorgeous and elegant, thetas house is one of the nicest from the outside, they also remodeled the inside
