The brothers that threw the party have been inactive for over a year with no affiliation to ATO, and the two guys charged weren’t ATOs at all.

Not true, they've thrown multiple unregistered parties at that house and there were at least 10 active brothers there while UCF considers anything with 8+ a fraternity event

I don’t know where you guys are getting your info, but there’s no 8+ person rule lol. I believe the old rule was something to that effect, but now it’s based on what an objective person would think.
