Would it be weird to be a senior rushing in the fall? I will be 21 when i rush and will probably graduate Fall 2019

Yout could try. You'd need a really good GPA and I'd mention you're staying on an extra semester. However you'd likely be limited to an unhoused sorority or ChiO
