im rushing in the fall and have a lot of friends in both ZBT and DU. From an unbiased view, who's better and whats the difference between them?

Don’t bother with either, they are goobers. Nothing too show at all. Come to the Sigma Chi mansion, we have everything they wish they had. Like a nice house!

ZBt is much larger than DU. DU is very hispanic. ZBT has a bigger backyard. Pretty much the only differences.
