what is the "top tier look" here, like would I get into a top tier sorority just for being pretty?

Others will tell you otherwise but for the most part, yeah. Really sad that you’re even asking this question though. ):

You would be more likely to be considered. But GPA matters. As well as wealth and class standing. You can't just show up and be hot, you have to kinda have at least something else too. If you're a hot poor junior with a low GPA then you'll likely get dropped by top tier.
