fraternity recommendations

Hello greek life ladies and gentleman;

I'm a tranfer junior and wondering which fraternities I should check out?
Looking for a good time, brotherhood and networking for the future (not really interestes in professional frats, in clubs for that already).
No need to promote or throw dirt at each other, just be honest and maybe give a reason as to why.
Oh and are there pros/cons to on/off housed frats?

depends on what you look like. if you have the look you can get into the top tier. otherwise it doesn't matter.

Haven't even had a chance to check the rush events due to schedule conflicts. But yes, I've been looking at off-campus frats anyhow, since they seem like a better and more well rounded crowd.
