What’s everyone’s opinion on rho gams not disaffiliating anymore for formal recruitment?

During formal recruitment for me, even though she was disaffiliated I had a rho gam reveal herself anyways

If I knew what my rho gam was in, I wouldn’t have been as open to talking everything out with her. I talked to her about how uncomfortable her chapter made me, something I couldn’t have done comfortably if I knew which chapter she was in. I think the change isn’t the smartest.
