I feel like they’re only considered top tier bc they’ve been around forever. They have their “face team” which consists of like 20 of their hottest guys & the rest are your average good-looking guys that you could find in just about any other top/mid tier frat. Their “house” is in the ghetto & it’s in need of some serious TLC. They’re kind of involved on campus but you never really hear much else about them.
