Kappa Sig should definitely be higher up there's no way ZBT is higher than them. Plus FIJI is higher than Pi Kapp and SAE; Pi Kapp doesn't even have a house and SAE is on the rise after their jungle party but they've still only been chartered for a few years sooooo
