will it be hard to rush as a minority?

I'm mixed with black and I was wondering if I rushed next year if I would struggle during rush? I know pan as a whole is mostly white

Not at all! I thought the same, but going through recruitment you see how diverse sororities can be. Yeah there are a lot of blonde cookie cutter girls in the pan community, but you being mixed won't affect your rush week its all based on your personality, who you are as a person, and where your personality would fit in best.
