also I'm pretty sure the current member of the fraternity was expelled from AFP or voluntarily dropped? Which is really all they need. Why would the whole frat get suspended they didn't do anything, and they terminated the one member who did. They also followed all the steps to have that party so like.... everything that "happened" was out of their control

Did everybody miss the part where they supposedly were lying to the police? So it happened on campus, at a party UCF knew about, with multiple people involved, they lied about it, AND this is the 3rd time in 5 years they're in trouble. Idk what else you need.

If they lied to the police than why were they not hit with obstruction of justice which would be a criminal charge requiring them to do more that just be suspended by UCF?
