why can't soroties rush the way frats do?

Wouldn't it be much easier for girls to just pick the houses they know they want to try and hang out instead of going through 12 hour days to every house even if they know they won't fit in? Seeing the amount of girls get disappointed about not being picked as much compared to girls who have full schedules is always kinda sad ):

Because pan, nationally not specific to here at UCF, is in the business of getting as many members as possible so they'll pay their dues and make them money.
Recruitment is done the way it is to match as many women as possible to a sorority. Not necessarily their top choice but "trust the system" and you will end up loving where you ended up. This is why sororities are twice the size of most fraternities and the largest fraternity at 180 members is so differently sized than the majority in the 50 to 70 guys range.
