In your experience, have the transfers that reaffiliated in your chapter been welcomed and made friends? Or are friend groups already too set?

We've only had 1 or 2 in my 3 years but both made friends and stayed active

It's not even that friend groups are already too set. It's almost that they don't try. I find myself constantly trying to get to know them but they don't make an effort back so it's difficult. Some sororities don't seem to have that problem but I guess others do. We don't get transfers often though, maybe once a year.
