by: .In your experience, have the transfers that reaffiliated in your chapter been welcomed and made friends? Or are friend groups already too set?

It's not even that friend groups are already too set. It's almost that they don't try. I find myself constantly trying to get to know them but they don't make an effort back so it's difficult. Some sororities don't seem to have that problem but I guess others do. We don't get transfers often though, maybe once a year.
