rushing as a junior or soph

How do sororities determine if you're a junior or a sophomore? Im a transfer from out of state with 70 credits, but I still have like 3 more years to go, so technically I'm a soph. Will they count me as a junior or soph, and is it based on credits?

When you sign up for rush it asks you what year you are. If you still have three years left I would definitely put that you're a sophomore. The sororities don't care about your credits, they care about having girls for as long as they can.
