cuts?

Can someone explain the process of cutting girls? For each sorority? I know u can't go into detail or whatever but who really determines who makes the cuts and why and stuff

After talking to a girl you automatically yes/ no her and you have to have majority yes in your swap group

For my chapter it's totally different from the above commenter. We have a sort of number based scale and it doesn't have to do with the swap group, it's not just yes/no. Then later the whole chapter discusses and votes on each girl. Gpa can get you cut right away though. Each chapter does it differently!!! but I know at least one other chapter that does the same thing as us.
