I want to rush! I know some girls in sororities that I don't get along with and others that I do. Does this affect me in any way?

What year are u in? Why don't u get along with girls in some sororities if you haven't even rushed yet? If you have already had conflicts with girls in Greek life, then yes it will probably affect you to be honest.
