eh homecoming is not really that much of an influence on tier. by that logic, zbt and du would be top for kd and tridelt, but they're still not. Ato still has way hotter dudes and a more popular fraternity. just my 2 cents tho

For clarification: ATO lost to phi delt for zeta, then ran for tridelt and lost. Doesn't mean that it changes tiers though

Ato has fallen DRASTICALLY this year and if you don't see that you must be blind or in ato. No involvement whatsoever in philanthropies or competitions and always feel so entitled and better than everyone even tho they have nothing to back it up. A nice house and attractive guys isn't enough to distinguish them among the top tiers anymore.

ZBT and Sigma Pi are nowhere near top middle, Beta is still bottom, Delta Sig and DU on the rise for top middle

ZBT is at the top of the middle and DU still sucks. Sigma Pi moved up this last semester passing delta sig

Chapter of the year award means absolutely nothing. Zbt and theta chi won chapter of the year award previously and didn't change tier at all

ATO talks a big game but had the worst location for formal this year, leading to it ultimately being cancelled. If they are so great, they better deliver for the most anticipated event of the year.
