pnm letters of rec

Hi! rushing in fall and wondering how important letters of recommendations really are? I know older girls in sororities at other chapters and don't want to bother them with them so just wondering how much it impacts a decision!!

For my chapter it'll help you a little to have one but it won't guarantee you a bid at all. It won't hurt you not to have one either
