Never heard of that policy tbh. If you're dropped again, don't automatically assume it's because "once dropped always dropped".
Are your grades better than before? Are you more involved? Did you make changes and work on your looks if you maybe weren't in the best shape before? If you're rushing as the exact same person you were a year ago, why would your end results be any different this time around? If you're rushing as a better version of yourself, you can expect better results. It depends on you, homie.
