rushing

if you're looking for a sorority, some will turn you away bc of age. plenty still take on juniors, but just know going in that you won't have the full selection. if you're interested in frats, i've never heard of any bias towards age and i've seen plenty juniors join in both fall and spring, so absolutely go for it.
