transfer pbp

Hello I'm currently a pi phi at a big sec school, with a huge greek life system, and I'm considering transferring to UCF next Fall due to career opportunities. I'm curious as to what Greek life is like here and pi phi? I don't want any BS opinion, just honest. Pros and cons. I'm either transferring here or UMN so I would really like to weigh out my options. Thankkkkkks.

PiPhi is a great chapter. They're middle tier but seem to have a great sisterhood and do well in recruitment/retention. They don't have the nicest house (building) but they are house when not all chapters are.
