girls not accepting a bid from your chapter

My chapter is "bottom tier" and there's always a few girls who don't run home on bid day, and then a few more who drop right after. Is it the same for mid tiers? What about top tiers? Does it just happen less often, or does everyone on your bid list accept their bids?

We're middle tier and we had 1 girl who got a bid that didn't run home and we didn't lose a NM after bid day for the first several weeks.

I'm in a top tier and one girl didn't run home on bid day but did not drop from the sorority, thankfully. A few others, like two or three, dropped by the end of the semester for more personal reasons rather than not liking the sorority.

We're middle tier and in our most recent pc 1 girl didn't run home. Everyone who ran home pledged- and I think only one or maybe two girls dropped before initiation for personal reasons.
