Theta/PiPhi/AXiD - all the same but have different strengths among each other
Lower Middle:
KKG/XO - both have shown improvement
Bottom:
AEPhi - house helped them but they haven't passed XO yet
Gamma Phi - improvise every year

Personally I think aephi has way better looking girls than chi o haha they should be above them. Also adpi isn't really top anymore but they're slightly higher up than theta alpha xi and pi phi (which are all basically equal). Lastly I think KD did really bad this year lol they are not top of the top anymore

KD is pretty much falling and shouldn't even be considered top tier anymore. They're definitely not tied with zeta.
Tridelt/Zeta are pretty much tied for top tier.

There's a lot more that goes into tiers about looks of their new PC's, like sisterhood and cheating when it comes to philanthropy events ADPi. I can't count the amount of ADPi's I know that hate being in their chapter on one hand anymore.

but i wouldn't call them bottom tier because they're far better than gamma phi, dz, or aephi
