i definitely prefer tailgating inside than at lake claire but id say thats about it

you can park at the house and walk to your classes. dont have to pay for a parking decal or worry about getting a neon green ticket on your winsheild

Girls don't have to worry about driving to your house for socials since they can just walk to your house. Essentially it's much better to be on campus then in the Greek ghetto
