The real question is why do you care? Why does anyone care when people can literally write about any organization. True or false self rank onit yo wouldn't even know. Honestly at this point it should be common knowledge that organization with high rating obvi self rank
If someone removes a review or writes a bad one do what everyone else does ob the site write 2 good reviews to counter the 1 bad.
