Who has the best off campus house?

Most of the off campus houses aren't actually houses. They are converted apartment buildings. Phi Delt's is solid. The only fraternity that actually has a "house" with common rooms off campus is ZBT.

I wouldn't even consider rushing off campus. The Greek ghetto is sketchy af

If you live in the back by Gazoni it's sketchy but not the front near alafaya

FIJI is pretty dope. There house isn't sketchy because they're towards the front of the Greek ghetto. They also have common rooms in their house
