aephi house

I'm curious as to how much leeway aephi has with the new house since it is owned by ucf. Will they get to renovate and decorate it? It's looking pretty rough right now. Are girls going to be living there in fall? I doubt they'd have it ready in time unless they're just going to move in as is.

They'll be able to renovate the inside and redecorate, but don't expect them to be able to completely redo the outside which is the worst part. The building belongs to ucf so their control stops at the walls
