which is the best frat in bottom tier?

I'm not looking to rush any top tier frats really, I am looking to rush more of the mid and bottom frats and heard sigma nu, du, and delta sig are all decent. Thoughts?

Sigma Nu and DU are known for being creeps, Delta Sig is the best of all 3. But rush ZBT too

Well I heard some good things about FIJI they are not on the massive side like 100+ brothers, so I'm assuming everyone knows each other more.

Ehh, I wouldn't recommend du or sigma Nu. If your not looking for top tiers ZBT and Delta Sig are your two best choices for sure. Go into rush with an open mind though

ZBT, Sigma Pi and Delta Sig are all good fraternities to look at if you don't want to go for a "top tier". Wouldn't waste time with Sigma Nu or DU if you want to talk to girls
