The only thing getting a house did for AEPhi was move them above ChiO.

Honestly them getting a house barely changes anything. Def doesn't put them all the way up to mid tier.

This is most accurate. Pi phi axi D and that are literally the same. And adpi should be slightly above them but def not up top with the other three
