Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Central Florida - UCF 2.4 A very unprofessional environment surrounding this sorority. They are very unethical leading to poor productivity and failure to adhere to basic human decency. Also, popular for all the wrong reasons. The sisterhood allegedly advocates for the following: "Theta calls on us to champion the importance of aspiring to something higher and envelops us in friendships that are loyal, loving, and unconditional. Theta gives us challenges, opportunities, and dear friends. It supports learning and service and encourages philanthropy. It implores us to plant, nurture, and grow a culture of belonging. Theta greatly broadens our world." This is completely inaccurate as they aspire to be certain values but realistically do quite the opposite. A sisterhood that should be revolving around RESPECT, SUPPORT, & INTEGRITY. If you are looking for a dishonorable/ unsafe environment, Kappa Alpha Theta is the one to rush. The Theta founders Bettie Locke, Alice Allen, Hannah Fitch, and Bettie Tipton would be greatly disappointed in what this "sisterhood" has came to be.
