Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 5.0 if you ask any girl, "who is top Tier ?" she will 99 percent of the time say Phi Delt in the top two. These guys are top they are all big guy that work out and play sports and for the most part treat girls with respect. Yes they have their old ball like EVERYONE ELSE. they are the closest thing to a perfect fraternity here at UCF. Get over your self for bashing them no ones better at the moment.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 4.4 Phi delt is #1. Yes, not all of them are attractive but there are a lot of cute ones. They are by far the most involved fraternity when it comes to events with sororities. At all of my sororities' events phi delt always has the biggest turn out and shows the most support. They have a great presence at bars, and at the library. No matter when you go you will see phis. Very fun. Very smart. Very friendly. The ONLY con is not having a house on campus.

They think they're a lot cooler than they actually are and they need to advertise everywhere that they're the best and #1 at sports. Some cute guys, but the vast majority are just average looking and weird at best
