I hang out/live with Phi Delts and know that the majority of them are great guys. There are some douche bags, but every frat has them and I'd say Phi Delt has the least. To prove I'm not just Phi Delt crazy I will also add that I also love DU and know they are great guys too.

Had bad experiences w these guys more than once. They are rude and only a few of them are hot. Also they just got their charter back so they are super strict and don't know how to have fun anymore.
