no, these guys aren't top tier. But the negative comments aren't necessary. Theta Chi is DEF not one of the worst frats at UCF but more so in the middle. Average. They have the good guys and bad guys. Some are the stereotypical frat, but overall these guys are great. They're involved in practically every philanthropy event and just are extremely social and friendly with sorority girls. I love hanging out with my Theta Chi's!

Kappa is easily middle tier now and doing so well! Their house really helped them to improve this year and this is a group of girls that really loves each other. I really and truly have so much pan love for these girls and wish them nothing but the best in the future. Keep up the good work Kappas! <333
