Pros- older members/reputation makes them still somewhat top tier/top of middle, quite a few good looking guys, they party with ZTAs a lot, have a very social night life, strong brotherhood Cons- they can't stay out of trouble/they're on probation 'til 2016, not very gentlemanly even though they claim to be, not that involved, glorified drinking club, off campus house in Greek ghetto is kinda a dangerous area

Not too many good looking guys, some that I met have been douchebags but some have been cool guys. Have heard a lot of sketchy stories about theta chi's and they turned me off to the brotherhood as a whole. Don't know what to think about them but are doing better than most of the fraternities at UCF getting in trouble.

Have no brotherhood, way too many scandals, no morals and only care about getting drunk. Wouldn't be surprised if they weren't on campus in a year or two.

Average at best. Good relations because they're on campus and they have the best tailgates. Average looking guys that are for the most part really nice, but there's a couple scumbags to be honest. Brotherhood is pretty good but I've had a few of them talk badly to me about each other, but that's to be expected because nobody gets along with absolutely everybody. I see them out every once in a while, and for the most part they hang with low-middle tier girls. Definitely the most involved fraternity on campus, though.

deff small frat but on the rise, great parties just need to be more involved on campus
