Def not top tier. Which is a compliment to them considering the "top tiers" at UCF are generally disliked for recruiting based on looks... If any pi phis are on here self ranking top tier then they are a very small minority of pi phis. All the ones I've met are happy with mid tier status. I love being a mid tier myself and love having pi phi's as friends. Never seen them try to act too good for anyone. Small house, happy girls, lots of lil hippies :)

Have met a ton of the girls through knight-thon and they are all so genuinely real and some of the nicest girls on campus. They love to be able to give back to the community and help others and I think that's what Greek life should be about. They all really do love each other and from what I've seen have a really strong sisterhood
