Guys had a good year but they're a bunch of try hards who are socially inadequate. Still a solid middle tier but they need to start learning how to act around others in order to actually tier climb.

These girls are moving up! They're very involved on campus and have great frat relations. PCs are getting better and better, depending on how this fall goes for them they could totally move up in ranks. Definitely keep them on your radar during recruitment.
