I consider them tied from Sigma chi below Phi delt and ATO. Some hot guys, some average ones. By far the nicest of the top tiers. Always true gentlemen to ladies. I feel like most of them are "friend zoned" because they are TOO nice, its a little weird.

Phi delt is #1. Yes, not all of them are attractive but there are a lot of cute ones. They are by far the most involved fraternity when it comes to events with sororities. At all of my sororities' events phi delt always has the biggest turn out and shows the most support. They have a great presence at bars, and at the library. No matter when you go you will see phis. Very fun. Very smart. Very friendly. The ONLY con is not having a house on campus.

one word "rapey". I'm guessing they're only top tier because of their house and reputation... and this is coming from a girl. A hand full of hot ones. Most are just really creepy. Biggest partiers, I'm not sure if any of them actually attend class. Very uninvolved in sororities' philanthropies. Only about 60 active brothers, which probably makes them very close. Not very social unless you're completely blacked out.
