What is the difference between NPC sororities and non

I’m just curious because I heard KBG is not a part of NPC but I don’t know what that means.. does your name not get registered when you become a member?

Npc is an umbrella org for social sororities. KBG can’t get it together for over one hundred years which is why they don’t belong. The only “international” sorority to have its own chapters taken by a national
