Literally one of the best parties with a bunch of hot guys. There are a couple of creepy older brothers but the newer guys coming are so attractive and cool. I love the new house and the basement makes you feel like you are in a night club with the lights and loud music.

This chapter has a great sense of brotherhood, and they always have great parties. The brothers are super respectful, and everyone always feels super respectful at their events.
