This is really nice, I am rushing and my friend started bashing about how I liked a "lower house". Sorry I thought they were nice and got along when I visited their house. It's about where you feel comfortable. I don't know why people obsess over tiers.

My friends and I like Pike. Nice guys, parties are good. Some creepers but you get that in any frat. Definitely top 3.
