Kappa is better than dg and theta. And alpha phi is a top house. So if it was a top 4 it would be gphi, piphi, aphi, and kappa. But I think that the phis are the top 3 and that kappa, dg, and theta are the tier below them.

That's funny. seriously. DG and Kappa are not top tier. Kappa is just middle tier at best. Theta is barely even around and nobody cares how they rush. So, I think it's a kappa/theta/dg who wrote that crap, could be any of them.

Don't even bother with the comments and rankings to the left. They're all biased. These are the 4 tiers at arizona.

Top Tier: the phis
Upper Middle: kappa/dg/theta
Lower Middle: chi o/sk/adpi
Bottome: aephi/tridelt

Nobody can even argue these tiers. They're known by anyone that goes to arizona!
